Chef Crusoe: Tagliata Di Manzo [Video]

Continuing on from Part 1 in my Italian Series Cooking Videos, following the delicious recipes of our favorite chef (and Mum’s crush), Gino D’Acampo, in this episode Chef Crusoe prepares “tagliata di manzo” – which essentially means, sliced steak.

All this is, of course, in preparation for my trip to Europe, where I’ll be spending a week in beautiful Italy, as well as some time in France and Switzerland as well. I leave in just a couple days, and I absolutely can’t wait!

So put aside whatever important matters you may be doing and watch this dog cook a steak!

As Gino would say, “fantastico!

I hope you’re as excited as I am for my Europe trip! Don’t worry, I’ll be sure to take lots of pictures.

(Mum is a BIG fan, let me tell you…)

And if you’re looking for another sexy chef with black hair and dark brown eyes, don’t forget that MY (Chef Crusoe’s) book is currently available on pre-order and features MY OWN fun recipes in “cookbook-style”, as well as many other intrepid adventures and stories!

Keep olive-oilin’,

  1. Crusoe, how is it you get to rule the kitchen? We have been trying to get Mom to let us cook for a while. Somehow I think Dad is worried that we don’t wash our paws well enough. Heck we had to hijack Mom’s email tonight since we are desperate for some ways to persuade our parents to allow us kitchen access. Mom loves your videos and we want so bad to cook some of your dishes. We think Mom and Dad would actually like a night off from cooking. Please help.
    Sincerely,
Scooter & Nicky (sous chef in the making)

  2. Crusoe,
How did you resist devouring that beautiful steak?! We would have jumped all over it in a nanosecond! We don’t have nearly the willpower or the natural culinary skills you instinctively have! We are going to tell mom to get this recipe, it looks sooo good and you make it look easy Crusoe! Mangiare Bene!
    Best wished,
    Duke and Dixie

  3. As a resident of Sonoma County, I am curious about your wine choice for this meal. I hope you get to visit some wineries on your European vacation . Btw, doesn’t the olive oil make our coats shine? Uh, huh!
